Role Details
- Location: Atlanta, GA (Local candidates preferred)
- Work Arrangement: Hybrid (First day onsite; onsite on-demand)
- Interview Process: Webcam Interview Only
- Compensation Note: Fixed rate for the first 2 years
Key Technical Skills Required
Candidates must have 6+ years of hands-on experience with:
- Platform Expertise: Advanced ServiceNow development, configuration, and system design.
- Core Scripting: Strong JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills.
- Integrations: Deep experience with API Integration (REST / SOAP web services).
- ITSM & ITOM: Process optimization, Service Mapping, Discovery, and Event Management.
- Specific Modules: Proven hands-on delivery in ITSM, CSM (PSDS), HAM, and FSM.
- Methodology: Working comfortably within Agile / Scrum teams.
Main Responsibilities
- Translate business needs into clean, scalable technical workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues while ensuring strict coding standards.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on the team.
- Build and maintain crisp technical documentation and system designs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist) are highly desirable.
