Develop, design, deploy, and maintain software, applications, solutions, systems, interfaces, diagrams, process flows, architecture, APIs, batch services, rules engines, scripts, algorithms. Review functional, non-functional, business, and compliance requirements, and story refinement, tasks, user stories, components, data transformation, performance optimization, functionalities, security, policies, regulations, job scheduling. Conduct unit, performance, and integration testing. Perform coding, troubleshooting, refactoring. Confer with stakeholders, and create architecture and codebase documentation, technical specifications, and reports. Identify bottlenecks, resolve issues across environments, migrate legacy applications, consume high-throughput messaging, data processing, contribute to big data analytics, write queries. Analyze client/user needs, recommend modifications, and formulate validation plans. Use C#, .NET Core, ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server, RESTful API, TDD, CI/CD, Azure, Python, Angular, RxJS, Jmeter, Kafka, MQ, SSRS, SSIS, ETL, Teradata, Jenkins, Ansible, MVC, Telerik, Microservices, Big Data, Hive, Impala, Visual Studio, SonarQube, BitBucket, Jira, Postman, Swagger. 40 hrs/wk. Must have Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and 2 years experience in the proffered position or as a Developer, Software Engineer, Technology Analyst, Programmer Analyst, or related occupation. In the alternative, will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in the specified fields plus 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the specified occupations. Must have 2 years of experience developing scripts, algorithms, technical specifications; reviewing security and code; conducting unit testing; using .NET Core, ASP.Net, HTML, JavaScript, SQL Server, RESTful API, CI/CD, Azure, Angular, Kafka, MQ, SSRS, Jenkins, MVC, Telerik, Jira. Must be willing to travel/relocate to unanticipated locations throughout the US on short notice for extended periods of time. Telecommuting permitted. $178,132 to $178,150 /yr.
