To round out Power Platform coverage and provide full life cycle application support, below outlines the need for a Power Platform Technical Consultant/Architect focused on solution enhancements, platform integration and delivering business intelligence reporting.
To ensure our procurement solutions are maintained and continue to meet future business demand. The Power platform consultant will deliver high-impact enhancements and drive innovation to match our business ambitions. This role will build data integration between Power platform and other corporate applications. Develop and manage analytics using Power BI/Fabric and establish a long-term data and reporting service structure for procurement business.
Key Role Functions
In the current technology landscape and based on our procurement power platform roadmap, building and launching robust applications to business users is just the start. Creating End to End integrated platform and taking advantage of the data captured to produce actionable insights and deploying AI against the data is the long term goal.
This hire will work closely with the business and use data-driven insights to create enhancements to our existing systems and processes. The role will lead procurement data integration and reporting initiatives to help guide decision making and help mature our data analytics and reporting practice.
Solution Implementation and Platform Management
Solution Architecture: Design and deploy solutions using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate.
Solution Enhancements: Manage the lifecycle of existing builds, ensuring stability while delivering high-impact feature updates. Partner with business to plan and execute on solution enhancements.
Integration: Build robust, scalable integrations between the Power Platform and other corporate systems.
Technology Management: Track and monitor application usage. Understand emerging technology trends to ensure solution designs are up to date with industry practice.
Data and Analytics
Data Governance: Help establish power platform data model standardization and normalization. Manage integration documentation to ensure high data quality across solutions.
Integration: Build Dataverse integration with other system and manage data mapping artifacts for migration and integration.
Data Modeling: Design data models, define relationships and optimize models for integration and reporting performance.
Visualization: Create reports and dashboard for different stakeholder groups. Use advanced BI tools and Python to perform complex data transformations.
Skills Required
This role will work as part of a team to design, develop, and deploy Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate will act as Power Platform SME to partner with business and technical experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.

To ensure this person can hit the ground running, the following are some of the must-have technical skills:
Power Platform: Working hands on with Power Apps, Dataverse and Power Automate. Solid understanding of Power Platform solution design principles and architecture.
Development: Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, Azure Logic Apps, Azure functions.
Integration: Build and establish repeatable integration design using Azure Logic Apps, APIs, Python Scripts and custom connectors.
Data: Strong knowledge of data modeling, SQL, Python, Fabric, relational database structures and data warehouses.
Reporting: Advanced Power BI experience, including hands-on dashboard development, reporting automation, and data visualization.

M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio & Microsoft Foundry AI
Other Experiences
Knowledge of SDLC and Agile Scrum methodology
Full project life cycle experience deploying large scale enterprise Saas solutions using D365 or Power Platform
