IT Infrastructure Lead

Immediate contract opening for an IT Infrastructure Lead to design and guide enterprise technology solutions that align with business objectives. This role will be responsible for developing scalable, secure, and efficient infrastructure architectures across virtualization, storage, and cloud environments while ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and present enterprise infrastructure architectures to technical and business stakeholders

• Translate business requirements into secure, scalable technology solutions

• Drive automation and standardization using orchestration tools

• Provide advanced support and guidance across infrastructure and network-related systems

• Diagnose and resolve system vulnerabilities, performance issues, and infrastructure defects

• Ensure compliance with security and regulatory frameworks (CJIS, HIPAA, etc.)

• Establish infrastructure standards, governance, and best practices

Required Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure Engineering / Operations

• 3+ years of experience with VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

• Experience with enterprise storage platforms (NetApp, Dell EMC, Pure Storage, etc.)

• Strong understanding of security practices, vulnerability remediation, and compliance

• Experience working with cloud or hybrid infrastructure environments

Preferred Certifications:

• VMware VCAP or VCDX

• Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect / Windows Server Hybrid Administrator

• Security certifications (CISSP, CISM, GIAC)
