What You'll Be Working On
As a Lead Product Manager, you will own the vision, discovery, and roadmap for foundational technology initiatives, including:
- Enterprise-wide product vision and strategy
- Data platforms supporting loss prevention and risk mitigation
- Strategic platforms enabling operational intelligence and insights
You'll help shape the
long-term technology framework while delivering near-term value through thoughtful prioritization and execution.
What You'll Do
- Own and execute product roadmaps using a customer-backwards, outcome-driven approach
- Lead discovery sessions to identify customer pain points and new opportunities
- Define, prioritize, and communicate clear product requirements to cross-functional teams
- Partner closely with engineering, UX, data, and architecture teams to deliver scalable solutions
- Monitor delivery across a portfolio of initiatives, identifying risks and ensuring high quality
- Analyze user feedback, data, and industry trends to continuously improve product performance
- Contribute to long-term strategy in the areas of security, operations, and data platforms
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience in Product Management
- Proven ability to own execution across complex, multi-team initiatives
- Strong experience building scalable, maintainable platforms in partnership with engineering
- Demonstrated success using data and user feedback to drive product decisions
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong product documentation
Nice to Have- Experience leveraging LLMs, machine learning, or AI-driven solutions to solve business problems
- Background in enterprise platforms, security, risk, or operational technology
