Description

SAIC is seeking a Security Officer to deliver exceptional customer support within a dynamic and diverse security environment. In this role, you will execute a comprehensive range of program security tasks across a multi-disciplined, complex organization. The ideal candidate excels in a fast-paced environment, balancing independent initiative with seamless team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve security challenges within a multi-disciplined, sophisticated organizational structure.
  • Conduct high-level security briefings, debriefings, and program indoctrinations for a diverse workforce.
  • Oversee and perform thorough physical security evaluations and assessments of facilities.
  • Develop, coordinate, and execute robust security Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Review, verify, and track personnel security accesses utilizing customer security databases and systems.
  • Apply advanced working knowledge of classification management, information systems security, personnel security, and physical security to guide the organization.


Qualifications

Required Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active Top Secret / SCI.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field combined and/or related years of security experience.
  • 8+ years of overall experience.


Desired Qualifications
  • Demonstrated knowledge of DoD, and broader Intelligence Community (IC) security directives and agencies.
  • Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.


Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
