Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Accountants and Auditors to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Review and analyze labor costs to ensure accurate capitalization and expense classification in accordance with accounting policies.
- Support financial close activities, reconciliations, reporting, and audit requirements related to capitalized labor.
- Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Project Management, and business stakeholders to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.
- Maintain financial controls, documentation, and process improvements to support compliance and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

|
Experience
|
10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, project accounting, or financial analysis, including 5+ years of Workday Financials experience.

Technical Skills
|
Workday Financials, Workday Compensation, Microsoft Excel, Financial Reporting, Project Accounting, Cost Accounting, ERP Systems, Data Analysis
|
|
Business / Domain Skills
|
Financial Analysis, Labor Capitalization, Financial Controls, Audit Support, Process Improvement, Stakeholder Collaboration

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Documentation
|
Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Work Authorization
|
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Workday Financials and enterprise ERP solutions.
- Strong knowledge of project accounting, capitalization policies, and financial reporting.
- Experience supporting audits, financial controls, and cross-functional process improvement initiatives.
