Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Owner for IT Service Center operations. The role focuses on backlog management, stakeholder coordination, and driving successful delivery of technology initiatives, with strong alignment to ITSM and Agile practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product Backlog Management
    Define, create, and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and stakeholder needs.
  • Stakeholder Management
    Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the Service Center team, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and executed.
  • Vision & Strategy Alignment
    Collaborate on and communicate the Service Center vision and strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  • Service Improvement
    Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and user experience.
  • User Story Development
    Write, refine, and maintain clear, actionable user stories related to IT service management.
  • Agile Ceremonies (Sprint Planning & Review)
    Participate in sprint planning and review sessions, providing direction and feedback to ensure proper service evolution.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting
    Track performance metrics, analyze trends, and drive data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
  • Team Collaboration
    Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
  • Risk Management
    Identify, assess, and mitigate risks impacting service delivery and project success.
