Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong hands-on experience with:
- C#
- .NET Framework / .NET Core
- ASP.NET
- Web API / REST Services
- JavaScript and TypeScript
- SQL Server
- Experience developing:
- Custom plugins
- Workflows
- Custom actions
- Business process flows
- Model-driven applications
- Experience with Dynamics 365 customization and configuration.
- Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based integrations.
- Experience using source control tools such as Git and Azure DevOps.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance optimization skills.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Power Apps
- Power Automate
- Power BI
- Dataverse
- Healthcare domain experience, preferably with managed care, health plans, or payer organizations.
- Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with:
- Azure Logic Apps
- Azure Functions
- Service Bus
- Third-party healthcare systems
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security requirements.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Design, develop, and maintain Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Build custom plugins, workflows, and integrations using C# and .NET technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Configure and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, dashboards, and security roles.
- Develop Power Platform solutions including Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
