Product Designer

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative design solutions aligned with user needs and organizational goals using agile processes.
• Create engaging mobile and web experiences through prototyping and visual design skills.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure pixel-perfect execution across various platforms.
• Apply human-centered design methods and contribute to our evolving design system.
• Communicate design decisions effectively to team members and stakeholders.
• Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships through effective storytelling.
• Advocate for accessibility to enhance user experience for all individuals.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant design fields.
• 5+ years of experience in design, with at least 3 years in financial services.
• Proven track record in developing and launching digital products.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design rationale and success metrics.
• Proactive and self-directed with a passion for innovation and progress.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration focused on delivering business value.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of diversified financial services.
• Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered design processes.
• Experience using prototypes to communicate design interactions.
