We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, implementation, administration, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in ServiceNow architecture, ITSM processes, CMDB, workflow automation, integrations, and Jira administration.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
· ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
· ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM, Service Catalog, or related modules).
· ITIL certification preferred.
· Minimum 8 years of ServiceNow architecture experience.
· Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow development and administration experience.
· Minimum 5 years of experience designing Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Catalog solutions.
· Minimum 5 years of Jira administration and configuration experience.
· Strong experience with ServiceNow integrations, APIs, and automation.
Key Responsibilities
· Architect, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform across multiple business units.
· Design and manage data structures including tables, fields, relationships, and governance controls.
· Develop business rules, workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and server-side scripting.
· Administer roles, groups, permissions, and access controls.
· Enhance Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge Management, and Service Catalog modules.
· Design, implement, and maintain CMDB including CI relationships and data governance.
· Integrate ServiceNow with internal and external systems using APIs and web services.
· Develop dashboards, reports, and analytics for service performance monitoring.
· Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, migrations, and performance tuning initiatives.
· Support workflow-related issues, incidents, and continuous improvement efforts.
· Administer Jira projects, workflows, issue types, dashboards, permissions, and integrations.
· Standardize Jira project templates and support cross-platform collaboration with ServiceNow.
· Provide training, documentation, and technical guidance to stakeholders and administrators.
