Mainframe Developer

• For assigned mainframe enhancements and fixes, provide applicable analysis, reviewed code or configuration changes, test evidence, and implementation/backout notes.
• For assigned escalated production issues, record diagnosis, actions taken, resolution or escalation, and root-cause findings and runbook updates where warranted.
• Link outputs to the assigned team work item; provide status and knowledge transfer, address review comments, and submit the applicable artifacts to Navy Federal for review against that item's agreed acceptance criteria.

Required Responsibilities
• Support production environments, application enhancements, testing, troubleshooting, and implementation activities.
• Deliver High Availability Scrum Team deliverables.
• Provide Tier III support, including:
o Root cause analysis
o Application maintenance
o Production support
o Code and configuration changes
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex mainframe application issues.
• Perform analysis, development, testing, and implementation activities.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies:
o Daily stand-ups
o Sprint meetings
o Team collaboration
• Follow coding standards and quality benchmarks.
