Role: Oracle Cloud HCM Architect

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Architect to support ongoing and upcoming client engagements. This role will play a pivotal role in designing, architecting, and implementing Oracle Cloud HCM solutions, with a strong focus on Approval Workflows, Core HR Journeys, and Security.
The ideal consultant will work closely with functional and technical stakeholders to ensure seamless system integration, scalable design, and alignment with overall business and strategic objectives, while delivering high client satisfaction within a public sector and enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architecture, design, and configuration of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions
Architect and optimize Approval Workflows across HCM modules
Design and implement Core HR Journeys (Journeys/Checklist functionality)
Develop and maintain robust Security architecture, including role-based access controls, data security policies, and compliance best practices
Collaborate with functional leads, technical teams, and client stakeholders to ensure solution alignment
Provide guidance on integrations between HCM and other Oracle Cloud modules or third-party systems
Conduct design workshops and support requirement gathering sessions
Perform solution validation, testing support, and deployment oversight
Provide architectural documentation and knowledge transfer
Required Qualifications:
8+ years of Oracle HCM experience, including multiple Oracle Cloud HCM implementations
Proven experience architecting Approval Workflows and BPM configurations
Strong hands-on expertise in Core HR Journeys
Deep knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM Security framework
Experience working in complex, multi-entity environments
Ability to lead client-facing workshops and solution discussions
Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in Public Sector implementations
Familiarity with integrations (HCM Extracts, HDL, REST/SOAP, OIC)
Oracle Cloud HCM certifications
