Job Details

We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer to become our primary technical resource for new product development and testing. This role acts as a critical liaison between engineering, sales, and our global supplier base to optimize component design, material selection, and manufacturability.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement equipment, tooling, and manufacturing processes for high quality drivetrain assemblies.
  • Optimize product designs for performance, cost efficiency, and ease of manufacturing.
  • Manage engineering administration including drawings, ECNs, item masters, and bills of materials.
  • Oversee the fabrication and installation of all tooling and fixtures.
  • Calculate assembly output rates and maintain labor routings within the ERP system.
  • Support technical development and material selection with suppliers.
  • Write comprehensive work instructions for all manufacturing and assembly processes.
  • Coordinate facility infrastructure projects and oversee building systems maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical or Industrial Engineering.
  • 10+ years in a production or product development environment.
  • Extensive experience with CNC machinery, steel fabrication, and mechanical product design.
  • Proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling, specifically SolidWorks or similar platforms.
  • Experience with prototyping, testing, and transferring designs to full scale production.
