Job Title: Workday Financial Analyst

Location: 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Job Description:

Configure, support, and maintain Workday Financial Management modules.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions within Workday.
Collaborate with Finance and Accounting teams to improve financial processes and reporting.
Manage Workday configurations, including business processes, security, and integrations.
Support month-end and year-end close activities within Workday.
Troubleshoot system issues and provide timely resolutions.
Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and analytics.
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance.

Required Skills & Experience:

8+ years of overall experience in Finance/Accounting systems.

Strong hands-on experience with Workday Financials.

Expertise in:

General Ledger (GL)
Accounts Payable (AP) / Accounts Receivable (AR)
Financial Reporting
Procurement / Expense Management
Experience with Workday integrations (EIB, Core Connectors, Studio is a plus).
Good understanding of accounting principles and financial workflows.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
