Summary

Good morning! I''ve just released an Administrative Assistant IV role under Ashley Llacuna. This role will be opened until Thursday EOD. We will be scheduling a Supplier Spotlight Call for this requisition this morning, 3/3/26 at 11:30 AM PST- 12:00 PM PST. I will post the link to the Teams call below.

Some Notes on the Role:
-This role is under Ashley Llacuna
-2-year contract with a strong possibility of conversion based on performance.
-1 round of interviews with the host manager and her supervisor
-Location: 5 days a week onsite at Metro Location
-Hours are 6:30/7 AM PST - 3:30/4 PM PST
-Ashley''s Team is part of the District Office (there are 5 total) and support distribution for operations for front line employees, first responders, construction, engineers/compliance, inspectors. They are half union/half internal.
-Pilot new role in ERO to support Administrative Task for O&E manager. Work Duties of Operations and Engineering team admin:
• Manage Electric Troubleshooter schedule 40%
• Assist in tracking and processing damage reports 30%
• Assist with ETS Pre-Arranged Customer Request Job assignment 10%
• Assist with ETS AED inspection tracking 5%
• Support ETS Safety Meeting notetaking 5%
• Support ETS administrative follow up requests 5%
• Other duties 5%

This person will be performing administrative tasks. This is a pilot role that is the first of its kind.
-The role is to help with scheduling of first responders to help with tracking damage reports for items in the field. They may also be helping to schedule off hours for customer jobs that come in and ordering office suppliers, helping with AED inspection and safety code, and taking notes during meetings. They will also be helping to support engineering teams.
-Looking for someone who is organized and can work with technical and frontline groups.
-Good communication skills since they will be likely getting info from Field employees, comfortability meeting with new people and working closely with others.
-Working hours are 6:30/7 to 3:30/4

Q&A
-Ideal Candidate: Someone who has worked with tech groups or first responder incidents. They don''t need first responder experience but must have temperment to work with union and technical groups that are diverse.

-YOE: Roughly 5-8 years, wants to see progression of admin experience or working supporting tech, engineering or first line personnel groups.

-CSR experience? Not required

-Preferred Industrial Domain? Construction or Engineering

-Project Coordinator or Admin Background would be great- they want to broaden the scope and can shape the role based on this

-Workload priority: Scheduling for damage reports and troubleshooting & tracking damage reports. This person will be working closely with claims, engineers, and following up with them.

-No specific system used- Excel is utilized on the team. Damage reports are done in SAP.

-If they do not have utility experience then they would need exp working in construction or an engineering firm.

-5 days a week onsite at Metro

-Team: Compliance, Engineering, Electrical troubleshooting team

-Highschool degree required

-Interview will be screening for ability to work with groups, coordination screening, working with union peronnel or frontline employees or technical engineering groups

-Training done by Andy but this is a pilot role
