Mid-level .NET Software Engineer responsible for supporting high-transactional, operationally critical services, driving cloud migration initiatives, team mentorship, and implementing DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipeline management with Harness. The role leverages the latest .NET frameworks, Docker, and AWS resources such as Aurora (MySQL), ECS, Route 53, and Load Balancer.

Key Responsibilities

Support & Operations

• Perform analysis and review of open tickets for the team
• Execute weekly core support activities on a rotational basis
• Triage and resolve production issues to ensure system stability

Technical Leadership

• Build architectural diagrams and perform reverse engineering of legacy code
• Support cloud migration activities using AWS Services (Aurora, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancer)
• Lead initiatives to automate day-to-day problems using AI tools (GitHub Copilot)
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Harness and other DevOps tools
• Develop and deploy applications using Docker containers
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to streamline deployment processes and improve system reliability

DevOps & CI/CD Pipeline

• Manage and optimize CI/CD pipelines for continuous integration and delivery
• Integrate Harness for automated deployments and pipeline orchestration
• Monitor and troubleshoot pipeline failures, ensuring rapid resolution and minimal downtime
• Implement best practices for DevOps, including infrastructure as code, automated testing, and deployment

Collaboration & Mentorship

• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
• Collaborate effectively with offshore resources
• Take ownership of technical solutions and drive implementation
