Role : Sr. Developer Manager - .Net Full Stack
Location: Oaks ,PA(Hybrid)

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Delivering project on time within scope.
• Should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Good Agile process understanding and implementation experience
• Should have Wealth Management domain experience
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope and schedule
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Evaluate training needs and preparing training schedule
• Authorize the establishment of configuration baselines and identification of configuration items/ units
• Interacting with Client to obtain sign-off on a Project
• Participate in software process improvement activities
• Responsible for planning, implementing and tracking Defect Prevention activities in the project
• Ensure regular project audits by assigned internal auditors.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Work from client office for minimum 3 days.
• Experience in iterative delivery model.
• Solid technical background (preferred .NET full stack), with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
