Job Description Position Summary ECS is seeking an Enterprise Architecture Manager - SME to support the Army National Guard's ENOCS program by providing strategic leadership and governance over the enterprise architecture initiatives. The selected candidate will play a critical role in aligning the enterprise architecture with ARNG G6 priorities, ensuring that all activities across business, data, application, technology, and security domains are integrated and modernized in accordance with DoD and Army standards. This position is pivotal in advising senior leadership on IT strategy and investment alignment, contributing to the long-term architectural direction of the organization.
Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award. Responsibilities - Provide leadership and governance for ARNG Enterprise Architecture activities, ensuring alignment with G6 priorities.
- Direct the development, integration, and sustainment of comprehensive enterprise architecture frameworks.
- Oversee DoDAF alignment and modernization planning to support strategic objectives.
- Manage enterprise technical risk and advise on IT strategy and investment alignment.
- Lead the integration of portfolio management and enterprise roadmaps.
- Develop and enforce architectural standards and compliance processes.
- Advise senior leadership on long-term architectural direction and risk posture.
- Coordinate the development of governance charters and advisory boards.
- Oversee architecture repository management and capability planning.
- Lead multi-disciplinary teams in executing enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.

- DoD 8140.03 Compliance: DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Work Role 651-Enterprise Architect at the Advance proficiency level
- Certifications (one or more required): CISSP-ISSAP, CISSP-ISSEP, CASP-CE, CCNP, CISA, CISP
- Education: BS degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, or Software Engineering.
- 23+ years of experience in enterprise architecture governance and modernization strategy within DoD environments.
- Proven track record in establishing enterprise architecture frameworks aligned with DoDAF and TOGAF.
- Expertise in aligning business, application, data, and technology architectures with mission strategies.
- Extensive experience in advising CIO-level leadership on architectural standards and risk management.
- Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-scale transformation initiatives and multi-disciplinary teams.
Desired Skills Desired Qualifications - Clearance: Active Secret preferred
- TOGAF Level 1 & 2 certification
- Carnegie Mellon Enterprise Architecture Certification
- Security+ and ITIL Foundations v3 certifications
- Agile Scrum Master and Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certifications
- Experience with architecture repositories such as EKR/ARIS
- Familiarity with integrating portfolio, budget, and contract strategies with enterprise roadmaps
