Summary

Job Title: Salesforce Technical Architect (Data Cloud)

Location: REMOTE (EST Timezone Only)

Duration: FTE/C2C

Responsibilities:

Define and own end-to-end Salesforce architecture with a strong focus on Data Cloud.
Design and implement scalable data ingestion, harmonization, and identity resolution frameworks.
Lead integration of multiple internal and external data sources into Data Cloud.
Enable real-time and batch data activation across Salesforce clouds.
Establish and enforce data governance, security, and compliance standards.
Translate business and analytics requirements into robust technical solutions.
Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and architectural guidance.
Support release management, deployments, and production stability.
Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, and delivery teams.

Requirements:

Strong, hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud.
Deep understanding of customer data platforms (CDP) concepts.
Expertise in data modeling, ingestion pipelines, harmonization, and identity resolution.
Proficiency in Apex, LWC, SOQL, and Salesforce declarative features.
Strong experience with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security, sharing, and data governance.
Experience working in Agile delivery models.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
