TEKsystems is partnering with a local company on the search for an
IT Support Technician to join their team on an
8-week contract. This role will be highly hands-on and centered around daily work within an IT ticketing system (Freshservice). The technician will support end users by answering general troubleshooting questions, assisting with new hardware requests, resolving technical issues, and setting up devices such as printers, mice, and keyboards.
This role will also provide support within an
Intune environment and across various
Microsoft applications, which make up the majority of incoming tickets. The position is critical in helping cover a temporary team absence, making reliability and the ability to jump in quickly essential.
Top Skills:- Experience with Intune for mobile device management (Android & iOS) and laptop deployment/imaging
- Strong troubleshooting skills with O365 applications (Outlook, Excel, and general performance issues such as loading errors or storage cleanup)
- Setting up and imaging new laptops and equipment
- Configuring and deploying Apple and Android devices within MDM
- Performing Dell Command updates

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr.
