Title: Senior Project Manager
Duration: 4 months, option for annual renewal.
Location: 100% On-site
**Location of job: Onsite. Candidates must be local to Austin, TX**
The Worker is responsible for collaborating with ITS Leadership, Agency Digital Accessibility Coordinator and team members to design and plan for implementation of various future accessibility initiatives and projects in alignment to meet compliance with Federal, State, and agency procedures, policies, rules, and laws including DOJ ADA Title II.
The Worker will:
Work with ITS Leadership, ITS team members and Digital Accessibility Program SMEs to define the scope of work and needs for agency digital accessibility projects and document current state and future state Digital Accessibility Program projects.
Work in partnership with ITS leadership, Business Analyst(s) and Digital Accessibility Coordinator to review, analyze, and evaluate Agency Digital Accessibility Program needs.
Develop project proposals, work break down structures (WBS), project cost estimates including scope, schedule, and budget(s).
Enhance agency digital accessibility efforts by monitoring and tracking accessibility updates, communicating both internally and externally on continuous improvements.
Create and present reports that describe accessibility obstacles and recommendations to overcome obstacles.
Performs related work as assigned.
Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master a plus.

ü 8 Years of experience in the field or in a related area as a Senior Project Manager
ü Prior experience with Accessibility Programs or Projects will be a huge plus.
Required Min. 4 years experience in below.
· Experience in drafting complete project proposals, work break down (WBS), project cost estimates including scope, schedule, and budget(s).
· Experience with the Microsoft Suite of tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, MS Project and SharePoint)
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Documents prepares and presents solution options, risk identification and analysis.
Preferred Min. 1 Years Experience.
· Experience in documenting detailed descriptions of user needs, Program functions and steps required to implement changes.
· Awareness or knowledge of client's systems and programs.
· Knowledge of Texas Administrative Code, Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) EIR Accessibility Policy, and Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA related to federal and state accessibility requirements.
· Knowledge of industry best practices for accessibility services for digital content and Electronic Information Resources, such as brochures, flyers, webpages, documents, forms, and training materials.
· Certification in Project Management by a recognized project management organization or Scrum Master
