Join Our Team as a Manhattan Associates WMS Specialist – Elevate Warehouse Operations to New Heights!

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert-level (L2/L3) technical support for Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM), resolving complex issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Manage system configurations, perform bug fixes, troubleshoot bugs, and ensure optimal performance through updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Develop automation solutions, optimize workflows such as picking and packing, and identify enhancements to improve overall efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with IT, infrastructure, ERP teams (like SAP), and warehouse operations to streamline processes.
• Partner with Manhattan’s Customer Support Organization to troubleshoot issues, explore platform capabilities, and recommend enhancements.
• Adhere to IT change management, governance processes, and maintain seamless system operations across multiple sites.

What We Need From You:

• 10+ years of proven experience with top-tier WMS solutions, with specific expertise in Manhattan WMS and Manhattan LM.
• Extensive background supporting warehouse operations, including multiple full lifecycle MAWM implementations.
• Strong technical skills with the ability to independently handle complex technical assignments.
• Experience with WMS cloud implementations and developing complex WMS rules and workflows.
• Ability to design WMS and legacy system integrations, ensuring smooth interoperability.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20%, including international travel to Mexico and Canada.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working within global or international warehousing environments.
• Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
• Knowledge of system performance tuning and cloud-based WMS solutions.
• Previous experience supporting multi-shift warehouse operations, including weekend or rotation support.

Preferred Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Over a decade of hands-on experience with WMS solutions, particularly Manhattan WMS, showcasing a strong record of project delivery and support.

Other Requirements:

• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL, and travel internationally up to 20% as needed.
• Flexibility to work during weekends or outside regular hours to support warehouse operations.
