8+ years of Java development experience
Spring Boot & Microservices
REST APIs / GraphQL
React.js (Full Stack role)
Oracle, SQL & PL/SQL
Docker, Jenkins, Maven & Gradle
OpenShift / Kubernetes
GitHub Enterprise
CI/CD, Agile/Scrum, JIRA
AWS (Preferred)
Experience with AI-assisted development tools is a plus
