Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage large-scale banking programs and strategic initiatives from initiation through delivery.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, technology, operations, compliance, risk, and vendor partners.
Drive Agile project delivery and ensure alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Manage program governance, risk assessments, issue resolution, and executive reporting.
Partner with banking leadership teams to define roadmaps, priorities, and transformation strategies.
Oversee project planning, resource allocation, budgeting, forecasting, and dependency management.
Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security standards, audit requirements, and internal governance policies.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and stakeholder demos.
Monitor KPIs, project milestones, and delivery metrics to ensure successful execution.
Collaborate with PMO teams to improve project delivery standards and operational efficiency.
Support digital banking initiatives including payment systems, customer platforms, core banking modernization, or risk management solutions.
Drive communication between executive leadership, technical teams, and business units.
