POSITION: JAVA FULL STACK DEVELOPER
DURATION: Long term
Location: NORTH CAROLINA, CHARLOTTE - Onsite

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain robust backend systems using Java and Spring Boot
Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
Collaborate with UI teams to deliver end-to-end full stack solutions
Write high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code
Perform code reviews, debugging, and performance tuning
Work with relational databases and optimize queries
Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes
Translate business needs into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development
Strong expertise in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, REST APIs
Experience with microservices architecture
Solid experience with SQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle)
Working knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue)
Experience with Git/version control
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Familiarity with Kafka or messaging systems
Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
Agile/Scrum environment experience
Experience in banking/financial services (highly relevant for Charlotte market)
