Role: Java Developer

We are looking for an experienced Java Developer with strong expertise in Apache Kafka and Cassandra to design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance backend applications and distributed systems.
Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.
Build and manage event-driven applications using Apache Kafka, including producers, consumers, topics, and partitions.
Develop and optimize data storage solutions using Cassandra, including data modeling, query optimization, and performance tuning.
Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate applications with internal and external systems.
Develop scalable, fault-tolerant, and high-availability distributed applications.
Troubleshoot application issues, optimize performance, and ensure system reliability.
Collaborate with architects, QA engineers, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Participate in code reviews, unit testing, debugging, and continuous integration/deployment activities.
10+ years of experience in Java development.
Strong hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and Cassandra.
Strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, Spring Framework, and Microservices.
Experience with Kafka producers, consumers, event streaming, and messaging patterns.
Expertise in Cassandra data modeling, CQL, partition keys, clustering keys, and query performance optimization.
Experience developing REST APIs and working with distributed systems.
Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases, Git, Maven/Gradle, and CI/CD pipelines.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and application performance tools.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
