Role Summary

Seeking a senior Oracle EBS Supply Chain Solution Architect to lead solution strategy, architecture, implementation, transformation, and support initiatives across enterprise environments.

Must-Have Skills

20+ years of overall IT experience with strong Oracle EBS R12 Supply Chain expertise.
Strong functional knowledge of Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management, Advanced Pricing, Shipping, Sourcing, iProcurement, ASCP, and Manufacturing.
Deep understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Proven experience leading Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, rollouts, and transformation programs.
Strong Solution Architecture, Solution Design, and Fit-Gap Workshop experience.
Integration experience with Oracle Fusion, ERP, WMS, MES, and third-party systems.
Experience with cloud transformation and enterprise application modernization.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Experience leading global functional teams and coordinating with technical, integration, and data migration teams.
Strong experience in delivery governance, roadmap definition, and quality assurance.
Must be local to Columbus, IN / nearby or willing to relocate and work onsite at the plant.

Preferred: Experience supporting large manufacturing/industrial enterprises and involvement in pre-sales, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
