We need senior PM with strong background in development projects and experience in shipping products (build GTM strategy and its execution).

Role Summary

• We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with 10+ years of experience in leading large scale, complex technology programs within the Telecom domain.
• The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of technical depth, project execution, and stakeholder management, with proven experience delivering enterprise scale platforms across cloud, digital, and network centric systems.
• This role requires close collaboration with engineering, enterprise architecture, security, finance, and business teams to deliver programs that improve operational efficiency, platform scalability, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Program & Project Delivery Lead end to end delivery of telecom focused technology programs including digital platforms, network systems, order orchestration, billing, and middleware integrations.
• Define project scope, milestones, dependency management, resource planning, and delivery timelines.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across cross functional distributed teams. Ensure delivery commitments on scope, schedule, cost, and quality.
• Technical & Architecture Alignment Act as a bridge between business requirements and technical implementation. Collaborate with architects and engineering teams to review solution designs, integration approaches, and nonfunctional requirements.
• Drive alignment on cloud native architectures, microservices, APIs, CI/CD, and automation.
• Ensure adherence to enterprise standards around security, compliance, and scalability.
• Telecom Domain Expertise Drive programs involving telecom systems such as: Order Management & Orchestration Network provisioning and activation Billing, charging, and taxation CRM and digital channel integrations Work closely with telecom business stakeholders to understand customer journeys, SLAs, and regulatory constraints.
• Agile & Delivery Governance Lead delivery using Agile / Scrum / SAFe methodologies. Own and manage Jira backlogs, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Track and report delivery metrics, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes and team maturity. Stakeholder & Executive Management Partner with product managers, engineering managers, security, finance, and operations teams.
• Provide executive level status reporting, dashboards, and risk summaries.
• Proactively manage stakeholder expectations and resolve escalations. Support roadmap planning, quarterly planning, and release governance. Risk, Compliance & Financial
• Management Identify and mitigate technical, delivery, and operational risks.
• Work with finance stakeholders on budget tracking, forecasting, and cost optimization. Ensure compliance with enterprise security and regulatory requirements. Support audits, documentation, and governance reviews as required.
  
   

Required Skills & Qualifications Experience

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Project / Program Management.
• Strong Telecom domain experience (Wireless, Network, Digital, OSS/BSS preferred).
• Proven experience delivering enterprise scale platforms in complex environments.
• Technical Skills Solid understanding of: Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform) Microservices, APIs, REST, and middleware integrations SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices Ability to engage in technical discussions with architects and engineers. Project & Process Skills Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum / SAFe delivery models.
• Hands on experience with Jira, Confluence, and delivery reporting tools. Excellent risk management, dependency tracking, and release planning skills.

Education & Certifications

(Preferred) Bachelor s or Master s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. Agile / SAFe / Scrum certifications preferred. Cloud certifications are a plus.
