Summary
What You'll Do
- Manage Enterprise Platforms: Oversee the technical health of Reuters/Refinitiv and Bloomberg systems, including hosts, circuit connectivity, and API integrations.
- Execute Data Provisioning: Administer data access and ensure all workflows meet rigorous internal and external compliance standards.
- Implement Vendor Updates: Analyze the impact of weekly global market data vendor changes and coordinate technical adjustments to maintain system stability.
- Support Business Operations: Provide high-level technical support for Front, Middle, and Back Office stakeholders, ensuring seamless data delivery for all asset classes.
- Troubleshoot Technical Inquiries: Resolve internal queries regarding market data integrity, application performance, and emerging business technologies.
What You'll Bring
- Platform Expertise: Extensive experience supporting Bloomberg and Eikon Reuters/Refinitiv front-end applications and enterprise data feeds.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of global financial products, specifically FX, OTC, Fixed Income, Equities, and Commodities.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in programming languages (such as Python, Java, or SQL) to automate processes and manage data flows.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced Excel capabilities and a systematic approach to troubleshooting complex system or data integrity issues.
- Operational Agility: Proven ability to learn new market data applications quickly and support them in a fast-paced production environment.
- Communication: Capacity to translate complex technical data issues into clear solutions for non-technical business units.

The pay range for this role is $103,500-$172,500. Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).
