Our client, a defense contractor located at Naval Base Point Mugu near Camarillo, CA, is seeking two Top Secret Cleared Full Stack Web Developers with CI/CD experience for full-time employment. The Full Stack Web Developers will work onsite on a 9/80 schedule and support the design, development, integration, and maintenance of mission-critical web-based systems within a SAFe/Agile environment. These roles involve building and supporting microservices-based applications, modern web front ends, and CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in full stack software development
- 3+ years of experience working in an Agile DevOps environment with CI/CD pipelines
- 3+ years of experience with Java or C#, JavaScript, containers, and microservices architecture
- Experience developing backend services using Java and Spring Boot or similar frameworks
- Experience developing front-end applications using ReactJS or similar JavaScript frameworks
- Experience designing and implementing RESTful APIs
- Experience working with SQL databases and database design
- Experience using Git for version control
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience using JIRA, Confluence, and related Agile tooling
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
- BS or BA degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field. 6 additional years of relevant work experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, or 4 additional years of relevant experience may be substituted with a related associate degree
- U.S. Citizenship with an active Top Secret security clearance
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a SAFe environment
- Experience with RabbitMQ or AMQP-based messaging systems
- Experience with Hibernate or other Java ORM frameworks
- Experience implementing automated testing (unit, integration, end-to-end)
- Experience with WebSockets and real-time web applications
- Prior experience supporting DoD programs
