Summary

Bring your experience to a Design Engineer IV role focused on creating new products and improving existing designs. Required Skills & Experience
8+ years of experience in design engineering or a related field

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related specialty-or equivalent experience

Experience designing new products and improving existing products

Knowledge of commonly used engineering concepts, practices, and procedures

Experience evaluating products, components, or processes for reliability and cost efficiency

Strong communication and collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience
Experience working closely with manufacturing or production teams

Familiarity with product evaluation, testing, or design validation

Experience identifying opportunities to improve product quality or efficiency

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Ability to follow established engineering guidelines while applying sound technical judgment

What You Will Be Doing
Design new products and make improvements to existing products

Evaluate products, components, and processes for reliability and cost efficiency

Work with engineering and production teams to support timely completion

Review designs and recommend improvements where appropriate

Apply established engineering practices, procedures, and technical guidelines

Support product development activities from design through production
