We're currently seeking a Senior Microservices Developer to help design, build, and operate the microservices that power enterprise content management workflows. This role requires hands-on expertise in C#/.NET, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native development. You'll serve as a technical anchor on an Agile/Scrum team, help establish development standards, mentor engineers, and transform complex requirements into scalable, maintainable services.

Required Skills & Experience - Microservices Architecture

Desired Skills & Experience 5+ years of professional software engineering experience building production backend services
Strong understanding of reliability, idempotency, concurrency, observability, and distributed systems
Production experience with Azure and/or AWS
Experience mentoring engineers and elevating team development practices
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Terraform
Experience working with media, streaming, high-traffic content platforms, or Graph-RAG content systems
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A strong work ethic, self-starter, and technical problem-solver
What You Will Be Doing 100% Backend / Microservices Development
Design, build, and operate C#/.NET microservices, primarily using Azure Function Apps
Develop event-driven services using Azure Service Bus, including message modeling, idempotency, ordering, retries, and failure handling
Lead technical design for new features and services while establishing standards for code quality, testing, and observability
Mentor mid-level and offshore developers and help elevate the technical maturity of the team
Convert technical epics and requirements into actionable, well-architected development stories
Modernize legacy content systems into scalable, maintainable, event-driven services
Collaborate with solutions architects, cloud architects, and cloud engineering teams
Work hands-on in an Agile/Scrum environment with disciplined Git-based source control
