We are seeking an experienced and outstanding Oracle EBS Technical Consultant for one of our esteemed clients.
We are seeking an Oracle EBS Technical Consultant with 8+ years of experience in supporting and enhancing Financial modules - including AP, AR, GL, and CM, focusing on BAU support, technical troubleshooting, and minor customizations in Oracle E-Business Suite R12
Responsibilities:
- Develop, debug, and maintain custom components, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW) for Oracle Financials.
- Support day-to-day issue resolution and performance tuning for custom objects in Oracle EBS.
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving PL/SQL packages, concurrent programs, value sets, and personalization.
- Assist in unit testing, UAT support, and deployment of fixes and enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with coding standards, patch analysis, and client-side change management practices.
- Maintain technical design documents and solution traceability for all changes.
- Coordinate closely with functional consultants and business users for requirement clarification and root cause analysis.
- Support knowledge transfer and documentation of known issues, reusable code, and SOPs.
- Provide L2 technical support for Oracle Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM) in a production environment.
- Handle incident and change requests via a ticketing system, ensuring resolution within agreed SLAs.
- Collaborate with Oracle Support for SRs where product bugs or patching are required.
- Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, and rollback/backup planning during deployments.
