Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced PeopleSoft CRM Application Developer/Consultant to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise CRM solutions. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in PeopleSoft CRM technologies and a proven ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performing applications aligned with business and architectural requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and enhancement of PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Develop scalable, reusable, and high-quality code that adheres to architectural standards.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and support testing activities.
- Participate in technical design discussions and ensure alignment with approved system and database architectures.
- Follow established coding standards, development best practices, and governance processes.
- Build and enhance solutions supporting case management systems, websites, and enterprise applications.
- Optimize SQL queries and application performance.
- Design and maintain integrations using Component Interface, Integration Broker, and SOAP-based Web Services.
- Provide production support, including troubleshooting, bug fixes, enhancements, and data maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and governance standards.
- Support monitoring and observability integrations, including tools such as Splunk where applicable.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft CRM modules.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience developing and customizing Oracle PeopleSoft CRM applications.
- Strong expertise in PeopleCode, SQL, and object-oriented programming.
- Proven experience with SQL performance tuning and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Fluid UI development.
- Strong working knowledge of:
- Application Engine
- Integration Broker
- PS Query
- Extensive experience using Application Designer.
- Experience developing Component Interfaces and SOAP-based Web Services.
- Ability to effectively communicate technical design decisions, customization approaches, and solution architecture.
