Lead .NET Developer

Seeking a Senior Technical Lead (.NET) who is highly hands-on in coding and experienced in leveraging AI Tools ( Augment Code preferred) to accelerate development and modernize legacy applications.

The ideal candidate will lead technical initiatives while actively contributing to development, code reviews, and architecture decisions.

This role requires strong expertise in .NET technologies and AI-assisted development across the SDLC lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and modernization of enterprise applications using .NET / .NET Core / C#.
• Utilize AI Tools / Augment Code and Agentic AI capabilities for code generation, code conversion, modernization, and intelligent code review.
• Actively contribute to hands-on coding, debugging, and solution design.
• Drive engineering excellence and mentor developers on modern coding practices.
• Leverage AI tools across the SDLC lifecycle to improve productivity, quality, and delivery speed.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in .NET development (C#, .NET Core, ).
• Hands-on experience using Augment Code or similar AI-assisted development tools for coding, refactoring, and modernization.
• Strong experience in enterprise application development and legacy modernization.
• Experience with microservices, REST APIs, and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.

Preferred

• Experience implementing AI-assisted engineering workflows in development teams.
• Exposure to cloud-native architectures and modernization programs.
