Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce SDET to join our QA Automation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test solutions for Salesforce applications and integrations. The candidate should have strong experience in Salesforce testing, automation frameworks, API testing, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop automation frameworks for Salesforce applications
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Java, TestNG, or similar tools
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and end-to-end testing
• Validate Salesforce configurations, customizations, Apex classes, Lightning Components, and workflows
• Test integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems
• Develop and execute API automation using REST/SOAP services
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and product owners to understand requirements
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Analyze test results, identify defects, and work closely with development teams for resolution
• Maintain test data and testing environments
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps
• Prepare test reports and quality metrics for stakeholders

Required Skills

• Strong experience as SDET/QA Automation Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM testing
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with Java/Python
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or BDD frameworks
• Strong API testing experience using Postman, Rest Assured, or SoapUI
• Knowledge of Salesforce objects, workflows, validation rules, Apex, and Lightning Components
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps
• Experience with version control tools like Git/GitHub
• Strong SQL knowledge and backend testing experience
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Excellent debugging and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce certification is a plus
• Experience with Salesforce CPQ or Marketing Cloud is an advantage
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like JMeter is preferred
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure is a plus

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
