We are seeking the very best technical talent - exceptional individuals who have distinguished themselves among the highest achievers in their academic programs or, through their professional careers, have demonstrated extraordinary intellectual capacity, technical excellence, and accomplishment.
The Opportunity:
This is not a conventional information security position.
The team is confronting a rapidly evolving problem: How do you secure autonomous, agentic AI systems that can reason, make decisions, interact with tools, access data, and execute actions?
You will help develop the security processes, infrastructure, automation, and defenses required to identify and mitigate emerging threats across both traditional systems and Agentic AI workflows.
For the right security professional, this is an opportunity to work on a problem that is still being defined.
What You Will Do:
- Develop and improve security processes across a sophisticated technical environment.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve threats, vulnerabilities, and attack vectors.
- Design and implement automation for detecting and mitigating security issues.
- Help develop security strategies for Agentic AI systems and workflows.
- Evaluate emerging attack surfaces created by autonomous AI systems, tools, data access, and model interactions.
- Conduct or support vulnerability assessments and penetration testing.
- Deploy, configure, and improve security technologies and controls.
- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and DevSecOps practices.
- Build security automation using strong programming and scripting capabilities.
- Work extensively with Linux-based systems.
- Collaborate with engineers and technical leadership to integrate security into system design.
What We Look For:
We are looking for exceptional security talent - not simply keyword matches.
Strong candidates will bring expertise in several of the following:
- Information security fundamentals
- Threat detection and incident response
- Vulnerability management
- Penetration testing
- Common attack vectors and exploitation techniques
- Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR)
- DevSecOps
- Security automation
- Security architecture and tooling
- Security policies and procedures
- Linux
- Programming and scripting
- Agentic AI security
Experience securing AI agents, autonomous workflows, LLM-based systems, tool-using models, or AI-driven infrastructure is highly valuable.
However, direct Agentic AI security experience is not required for exceptional candidates with deep security expertise and the intellectual ability to master an emerging technology domain.
What Separates the Best Candidates:
We are particularly interested in security professionals who can think beyond today''s established controls.
You should be comfortable asking:
How does the threat model change when software can reason, access tools, interact with external systems, and take autonomous actions?
The strongest candidates will combine:
Security Depth — Strong understanding of real-world threats, vulnerabilities, and defensive engineering.
Technical Ability — The ability to program, automate, investigate, and build—not simply operate security tools.
Adversarial Thinking — The ability to anticipate how sophisticated attackers could exploit emerging systems.
AI Curiosity — A genuine interest in understanding how agentic AI changes the security landscape.
Communication — The ability to explain complex security problems clearly to engineers and technical leadership.
