Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM Architect Consultant to lead the consolidation and migration of two Agile PLM 9.3.6 environments into a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM platform. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in PLM architecture, Oracle Fusion capabilities, and ERP integrations, with a strong focus on designing scalable, future-ready solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and design the future-state architecture for a unified Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM environment.
- Perform detailed assessment of existing Agile PLM systems, including workflows, attributes, item/BOM structures, MPNs, ASLs, customizations, roles, privileges, and integrations.
- Design the Fusion PLM operating model covering:
- Items, BOMs, revisions, and lifecycle phases
- Change management processes
- MPNs, ASLs, attachments, and security access
- Business unit and group-level access controls
- Establish operating models for:
- Quality Management: NCRs, CAPAs, CSRs, FAIs, inspection reports
- Product Governance & Compliance (PG&C): Substance management, SVHC, RoHS, REACH, and regulatory compliance data.
- Conduct gap analysis between current Agile PLM processes, Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM capabilities, and Oracle ERP 12.2.x requirements.
- Provide recommendations for legacy customizations (retain, retire, rebuild, or shift to middleware/ERP).
- Design end-to-end integration between Fusion Cloud PLM and Oracle ERP 12.2.x, including items, BOMs, MPNs, ASLs, attributes, revisions, and change data.
- Lead data migration strategy, including mapping, validation, reconciliation, testing, and cutover planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful deployment and go-live readiness.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in PLM implementation, architecture, or consulting roles.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
- Strong expertise in:
- Oracle Fusion Product Development, Product Hub, Product Quality, and Product Governance & Compliance
- Item/BOM management, change processes, item classes, extensible flexfields, and security models
- In-depth knowledge of Agile PLM 9.3.x, including configurations, workflows, attributes, PX/events, SDK, and customizations.
- Proven experience in PLM migration or consolidation into Oracle Fusion Cloud PLM.
- Solid understanding of Oracle ERP / EBS 12.2.x processes, including item master, BOMs, ECOs, MPN/AML, ASL, and manufacturing flows.
- Experience designing integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Fusion APIs, middleware, EBS open interfaces, and public APIs.
- Strong expertise in data migration, reconciliation, testing strategies, and cutover execution.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
