Job Description

ServiceNow Team Lead provides guidance to our client and the Client Team in requirements gathering, design and development of solutions

Required Experience

3+ years’ experience with the design, build, and customization of ServiceNow applications and services is required.
2+ years’ experience with writing technical specification documents for development, performing testing, and/or performing configuration management for the implementation, enhancement or upgrade solutions in a cloud hosted environment is desired
Implementation and/or maintenance experience is required in all of the following ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, EA (APM)

1 or more relevant technical/professional certifications required, including:

ServiceNow System Admin (CSA)
ServiceNow Application Developer (CAD)

Ability to understand, exercise, and adhere to ServiceNow Platform best practices and development management policies.
Ability to exercise good judgment in determining work and problem resolution priorities and approaches
Strong conflict resolution skills
Ability to multitask in a fast paced work environment
Strong understanding of the ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) and Test Management Modules.
Testing Expertise: Solid grasp of QA methodologies, including manual, functional, regression, and end-to-end testing.
