Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect (AI / Azure / .NET)

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect with strong expertise in Azure, .NET, and AI-driven solutions. The candidate will lead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise-scale D365 solutions, integrating AI capabilities to enhance automation, analytics, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Technical Architect for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

• Design end-to-end D365 solution architecture aligned with business and enterprise standards.

• Lead architecture for Dynamics 365 modules such as Customer Service, Sales, Field Service, or Finance.

• Architect and develop custom solutions using .NET, C#, and Web APIs integrated with D365.

• Design and implement Azure-based architectures using Azure Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, and Azure Storage.

• Lead AI-enabled solutions leveraging Azure AI, AI Builder, Copilot, or ML models.

• Architect intelligent automation, predictive insights, and AI-driven workflows within D365.

• Design and govern Dataverse data models, security roles, and access controls.

• Define and implement integration strategies using REST/SOAP APIs with ERP, SAP, and external systems.

• Establish ALM and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.

• Ensure solutions meet security, scalability, performance, and compliance standards.

• Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentoring to development teams.

• Collaborate with functional architects, business stakeholders, and leadership.

• Support UAT, deployment, and post-production optimization.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Dynamics CRM.

• Proven experience as a Technical Architect on enterprise D365 implementations.

• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, Web APIs.

• Hands-on experience with Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, App Services, Azure SQL).

• Experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, PCF Controls).

• Solid understanding of Dataverse architecture, entity modeling, and security.

• Experience designing AI-driven solutions using Azure AI, AI Builder, or ML models.

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, CI/CD).

• Experience with integration patterns, messaging, and event-driven architectures.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Nice to Have / Preferred

• Experience with Copilot Studio / Generative AI in Dynamics 365.

• Exposure to React or modern frontend frameworks for custom UI components.

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Azure Architect, AI Engineer).

• Experience in government, healthcare, or large enterprise environments.

• Knowledge of data analytics, Power BI, and reporting solutions.
