Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Financial Applications, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), Cash Management (CE), and Fixed Assets (FA). The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in financial application support, development, and full lifecycle implementations, along with strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, develop, configure, and implement Oracle EBS Financial Applications.

• Work across Oracle Finance modules, including AP, AR, GL, Cash Management (CE), and Fixed Assets (FA).

• Demonstrate strong understanding of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and financial workflows.

• Participate in and support full lifecycle Oracle Financials implementations.

• Understand financial business processes, accounting principles, and local regulatory requirements.

• Document business workflows and process flows using tools such as Microsoft Visio.

• Collaborate with business and technical teams in a multinational organizational environment.

• Contribute to Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion migration or transformation projects, where applicable.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial application support and development.

• Hands-on experience implementing Oracle Financial Applications, including AP, AR, GL, CE, and FA.

• Strong knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.

• Experience with 3–5 full lifecycle implementations across the relevant Oracle Finance modules.

• Strong understanding of financial applications and business process solutions.

• Experience working in a multinational organization.

• Proficiency in documenting workflows using Microsoft Visio or similar tools.

• Knowledge of accounting principles, conventions, and local statutory/regulatory requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.

• Experience with Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion migration projects.

• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.

• CPA, CA, or equivalent professional accounting qualification.

• Academic or professional background in Accounting or Finance.

• Oracle certifications in AP, AR, GL, or other financial modules.

• Experience implementing Oracle O2C solutions.
