Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Project Manager with strong expertise in Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud, with a focus on Grants Management. The selected candidate will lead and manage Oracle PPM Cloud initiatives, ensuring successful implementation, enhancement, and support of project financials and grants management capabilities.
This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, finance teams, and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end implementation and management of Oracle PPM Cloud projects with a focus on Grants Management.
Work closely with finance, grants administration, and project teams to gather and translate business requirements into Oracle PPM solutions.
Manage project planning, timelines, resources, risks, and deliverables.
Drive configuration and optimization of PPM modules including Project Financial Management, Grants Management, Project Costing, and Billing.
Coordinate with functional and technical teams to ensure seamless system integrations and data accuracy.
Oversee testing cycles including SIT, UAT, and production deployments.
Ensure best practices in governance, documentation, and compliance with grants management processes.
Provide regular project updates to leadership and stakeholders.
Support post-implementation stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of overall IT experience with 5+ years in Oracle Project Portfolio Management Cloud.
Strong experience with Grants Management and project financial processes.
Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud implementation or transformation programs.
Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating with finance and business stakeholders.
Strong understanding of project costing, billing, budgeting, and grant lifecycle management.
Experience with project management methodologies and enterprise program governance.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience integrating Oracle PPM Cloud with Oracle ERP Cloud modules.
Experience working in higher education, government, or research organizations with grants funding.
PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
