Job Title: IT Transformation Program Manager

You''ll keep everything aligned with our big-picture IT goals, set up smooth governance, and push things forward at a smart pace, juggling speed, risks, and team dynamics along the way.
What You''ll Do Day-to-Day
- Build the program''s framework, set clear roadmaps and milestones with IT leaders, and keep all workstreams in sync while tackling risks and roadblocks head-on.
- Turn high-level priorities from execs into practical plans, team up with IT and business folks for true ownership, and link every step to tangible results.
- Share crisp updates with leadership, smooth out decisions, and bridge gaps across teams.
- Work hand-in-hand with change experts to roll out new ways of working, handle communications and training, and ease any pushback.
- Set up straightforward reporting and tracking that fits our overall standards—no extra bureaucracy.
What We''re Looking For
You''ve successfully steered major IT transformations from start to finish, shaping them amid uncertainty. Hands-on experience with cost optimization, team restructuring, change efforts, and solid governance is key. You''re great at crafting business cases, tracking value, using Agile or hybrid methods, and chatting confidently with C-suite leaders.
- Bachelor''s degree (MBA a plus).
- PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred.
- Must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.; local to Westfield Center, OH preferred for hybrid setup.
