Overview
We are seeking a highly execution-oriented AI Engineer – Builder to design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled tools, agents, and workflows that scale across consulting delivery environments. This contract role is focused on shipping real, production-ready artifacts, iterating quickly, and operating effectively in ambiguous, fast-moving settings.
Role Summary
In this role, you will break down complex consulting workflows, identify high-leverage opportunities for automation or augmentation, and build AI-powered solutions—including Claude Code–based agents and other generative AI tools.
Success will be measured by shipped solutions, user adoption, and measurable impact on delivery outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Build and deploy AI-enabled agents, tools, and workflows end-to-end
Translate ambiguous business problems into concrete, working AI solutions
Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and improve AI products in real-world environments
Experiment with emerging generative AI tooling to drive efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
Proven builder with tangible examples of shipped AI-enabled tools
Demonstrated end-to-end ownership (problem definition → build → deploy → iterate)
Hands-on experience with Claude and Markdown-based development workflows
Experience building AI agents, workflows, or automation solutions
Strong product mindset with a bias toward action and experimentation
Comfortable operating without rigid requirements or heavy documentation
