Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Full Stack Developer to join the Enterprise Salesforce team. This role is responsible for end-to-end Salesforce solution development, including UI/UX (LWC), backend customization (Apex), integrations, data modeling, and enterprise workflow automation. The ideal candidate brings strong Salesforce platform expertise, experience in enterprise integrations and migrations, and a modern engineering mindset leveraging AI tools to accelerate delivery and improve quality.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
Design and implement scalable integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, CDC, and MuleSoft.
Build responsive Experience Cloud and UI components aligned with business requirements.
Support data modeling, data migration, validation, and governance activities.
Participate in Jira and Confluence migration support activities (on-prem to cloud).
Use Generative AI tools to accelerate development, testing, and documentation.
Ensure security, performance, and compliance with Salesforce best practices.
Collaborate with Architects, BAs, and QA teams in Agile delivery cycles.

Required Qualifications

4+ years of Salesforce development experience.
Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL/SOSL.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Platform Events, CDC.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL concepts, and CI/CD (Salesforce DX, Git).
Experience with Jira/Confluence or enterprise system migrations.
Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).
