This is an exceptional company seeking extraordinary people!

The Opportunity

StaffRight Associates is recruiting for a high-impact Supplier Quality Solutions Architect to lead the technical integrity of our manufacturing supply chain. This isn''t a passive oversight role; you will be the primary engine driving supplier maturity and operational excellence. Based in the Greater San Diego area, you will act as a technical consultant to our global vendors, ensuring that every component—from casting to final assembly—adheres to world-class standards of precision and reliability.

What You’ll Do

  • Engineer and implement sophisticated supplier certification programs and process controls that serve as the bedrock for long-term product reliability.

  • Spearhead comprehensive site audits and technical evaluations, moving beyond basic checklists to identify hidden systemic risks within vendor operations.

  • Drive the Short-to-Long remedial framework, stabilizing immediate quality disruptions while simultaneously architecting permanent structural fixes.

  • Champion the qualification of emerging product lines, utilizing advanced quality indicators and diagnostic tools to ensure a seamless transition from prototype to production.

  • Synthesize multi-stakeholder perspectives to resolve complex business bottlenecks, ensuring that quality goals are met through constructive, cross-functional influence.

  • Optimize manufacturing workflows by aggressively targeting root causes and eliminating non-value-added activities that hinder throughput and increase error rates.

What You Bring

  • Educational Foundation: A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related STEM discipline is required.

  • Quality Pedigree: 2 to 5 years of seasoned experience in a Supplier Quality or Technical Engineering capacity, with a track record of improving vendor performance metrics.

  • Niche Expertise: Practical familiarity with high-precision manufacturing, specifically involving investment casting or airfoil components (blades and nozzles), is a significant advantage.

  • Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in utilizing fact-finding techniques and diagnostic tools to perform deep-dive root cause analyses and risk assessments.

  • Communication Mastery: The ability to deliver candid, behavioral-based feedback to suppliers and internal leadership without sacrificing professional rapport.

  • Operational Agility: A proven ability to navigate shifting priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while maintaining a relentless focus on accuracy and detail.
