Senior Test Automation Engineer (SDET)

The Software Development Engineer in Test will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts and frameworks in support of a large, complex federal government solution. They work closely with software developers, QA engineers, and product owners to identify test requirements and create comprehensive test plans.

Required Skills

• United States Citizenship
• 6 years of relevant IT development experience
• Bachelor’s degree in IT-related field
• Hands-on experience with various testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, and performance testing
• Hands-on experience writing, executing, and analyzing/reporting results of automated tests in a Microsoft Power Platform environment and related technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of an agile team
• Possess strong analytical and technical skills and can assist in various areas of business solutions implementation and integration.
• Must be able to successfully complete the federal background investigation.

Desirable Skills

• Experience with CI/CD and Testing tools, including Azure DevOps, GitHub, Playwright, Jenkins, Selenium, etc.
• Experience with database environments and tools, including Microsoft SQL
• Experience working in a Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Azure Cloud environment
• Experience supporting federal government customers
• Active federal government public trust clearance
