Job Description:
SME Software Engineer
HIGH-LEVEL OVERVIEW
The SME Software Engineer leads the design, development, integration, testing, and delivery of complex software systems, including high-volume analytics, real-time applications, advanced algorithms, and database solutions. The position provides technical direction across multiple development teams and ensures software quality, performance, and process compliance.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Expertise translating user and system requirements into software design and performance requirements.
Ability to design, code, integrate, debug, test, document, and enhance complex software systems and algorithms.
Experience leading multiple software development teams, delegating work, monitoring performance, and enforcing quality control.
Experience with complex databases, data repositories, interfaces, queries, and system integration.
Windows or UNIX application development using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or related languages.
Experience with DevOps build and deployment technologies such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo and building automated pipelines.
Ability to evaluate software reuse, COTS/GOTS solutions, hardware/software trade-offs, and new technologies and processes.
Required experience: 24 years with a high school diploma or 20 years with a bachelor's degree.
Salary range: $220,000-$240,000.
Senior Software Engineer
HIGH-LEVEL OVERVIEW
The Senior Software Engineer designs, develops, integrates, tests, and maintains complex software systems, including advanced algorithms, databases, high-volume analytics, and real-time applications. The position leads software development teams, enforces quality standards, and coordinates delivery within project constraints.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to translate user and system requirements into software design and performance requirements.
Experience designing, coding, integrating, debugging, testing, documenting, and enhancing complex software systems and algorithms.
Experience leading one or more software development teams, monitoring performance, and performing quality control.
Experience with complex databases, data repositories, interfaces, queries, and system integration.
Windows or UNIX application development using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or related languages.
Experience with DevOps build and deployment technologies such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.

Required experience: 18 years with a high school diploma or 14 years with a bachelor's degree.
Salary range: $170,000-$190,000.
Mid-Level Software Engineer
HIGH-LEVEL OVERVIEW
The mid-level Software Engineer designs, develops, integrates, tests, and maintains complex software systems based on documented requirements. The position resolves defects, improves software performance, supports database and algorithm development, and contributes technical leadership and quality control throughout the development lifecycle.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Ability to analyze user requirements and derive software design and performance requirements.
Experience designing, coding, integrating, debugging, testing, documenting, and enhancing software systems.
Ability to develop database queries, interfaces, algorithms, and software test procedures.
Experience supporting team leadership, software quality control, and process improvement.
Windows or UNIX application development using C, C++, C#, Java, Python, or related languages.
Experience with DevOps build and deployment technologies such as Artifactory, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, and Packer.
Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and Bamboo and building automated pipelines.
Required experience: 11 years with a high school diploma or 7 years with a bachelor's degree.
Salary range: $155,000-$175,000.
