Summary
Job Role: Oracle Fusion Financial Solution Designer / Functional Architect
Location: La Vergne, TN / Nashville, TN (Remote with onsite 1–2 days/month)
Duration: 12 Months + Extension
Work: Strong preference for 100% onsite; remote considered if candidate can work onsite 1–2 days/month
Job Summary:
Looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials professional with strong Oracle Fusion AR expertise to lead solution design, requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and implementation.
Must Have:
- 10–12+ years of Oracle Financials experience
- Strong Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials implementation experience
- At least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion AR implementation
- Strong hands-on experience with AR, GL, AP, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management
- Strong knowledge of O2C and R2R
- AR–GL integration and Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Experience with invoicing, receipts, credit, and collections
- Working knowledge of FBDI/ADFDI, OIC, OTBI, and BI Publisher
- Experience with data migration, integrations, SIT/UAT, cutover, and go-live
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Oracle Cloud Financials certification is preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Design Oracle Fusion Financials solutions and business processes
- Conduct discovery workshops and requirements gathering
- Perform fit-gap analysis
- Configure Oracle Fusion Financials modules
- Create functional design and configuration documents
- Work with technical teams on integrations and data migration
- Support SIT, UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare
